We will normally provide services subject to a written contract. For example, in the case of a Trust, this will be the trust deed and any subsequent deeds. In the case of a company or partnership, this will be our standard form of management agreement. In the case of other services, an appropriate document may be drawn up reflecting our involvement. Services are provided through upfront payment and invoices are payable on presentation.
