Further to our recent update, the Europa Group continues to monitor the developing COVID 19 situation in Gibraltar and neighbouring Spain, where a number of our team members are resident.
Government departments, as well as, Companies House and the financial regulator have imposed physical restrictions regarding attendances at their offices. There are also restrictions on the movement of persons which is likely to impact team members being available in the office.
Therefore, we have taken the decision to provide our team members with remote-work solutions. Please take note that from Wednesday 18 March, our office will be closed to the public, until further notice. All our team members are available via email during normal office hours. We will endeavour to provide an uninterrupted service.
We ask for your patience and understanding during this time as there may be some reduced service due to team members working remotely. Although we are well equipped to work remotely, this may result in a delay in providing necessary paperwork either by post or email. We will do all we can to continue to deliver clients the personal service they have come to expect from the Europa Group.
We ask you to please bear in mind that where communications are being sent by post, there may be delays due to matters outside our control. If we are your registered office and you are expecting any form of important communication, then please let us know and we will endeavour to retrieve this.
Additionally, our remote working relies on telephony and internet services being operational and any interruption to these services will have an impact on our activities.
